The view through a lens is amazing. As I mentioned, I am not a photographer but I act like one. My trusty Nikon D40 allows me to capture those special moments I enjoy when I am out and about. With it, I also get the best seating in the house. (I look so professional with flash and all this jazz in my bag) When I arrive, people move out the way for the “press”. A few of you have inquired about my tool and here she is:

 

I think I will be adding another Nikon to the collection and when I do, I will introduce her here.

Here she is:    Nikon D5000: She has a swivel screen, built in HD-video thingy. Haute!!

Flowers-Weekly flowers purchased or picked. I put fresh flowers out on Saturdays. Also a little dose of gardening images.

Travel-wherever we go there is always a story so I capture them through the lens. We stay on the move so this is sure to be a busy album.

Weekend Activity-cookouts, festivals, backyard play…any and everything.

Sports-As the little ones get older, I am trying to get them involved in as many activities as possible. ( I need my money back ) Watch my little champions win, win, win!!

Birthdays-This is a big deal over here. It is the day marking the entrance into this fabulous world so it never goes unnoticed.

Events/Parties-Everything else. I take this camera everywhere so if it does not belong in a category above, it should fit in quite nicely right here.
